Commissioned by Adidas to develop an immersive digital experience at the internal entrance to Manchester United’s Old Trafford Megastore as part of their substantial refurbishment project. This provided an ideal opportunity to integrate digital signage and direct audio at the entrance to the store and provide a unique customer experience.
UXG implemented two large digital totems on either side of the entrance stairs utilising 55” Philips Ultra Thin Bezel professional video wall display screens, tiled in a 1x4 array. We also installed overhead direct and dedicated sound bars to integrate audio with the visual displays across each totem. The audio was set up as a direct ‘sound shower’ to ensure that once you had passed the initial entrance area, the main store audio took over.
