Duchy Homes is an award-winning house builder building luxury homes in premium locations with high quality specifications for modern living and exclusivity. They have won a Pride in the Job award every year since we started from the National House Building Council (NHBC), including Regional Winner for the last three years in a row, and been voted best in the UK for Health & Safety four times. They have also earned the respected title of Best Residential Developer of the Year 2018 from the Yorkshire Residential Property Awards.

THE CHALLENGE

Duchy wanted to utilise advanced digital technologies to support their house sales in the new showrooms at development sites. They needed a way to engage prospective buyers and take them on a visual journey of realisation on what Duchy Home builds could offer them. All this needed to be able to fit in a range of different spaces, as per the differing sites.

THE SOLUTION

UXG worked with Duchy Homes to develop, design and install a range of digital solutions across a number of their existing and new development sites, with the aim of encouraging customer engagement and streamlining their sales process.  After having site visibility and working through design proposals, we implemented a series of Video Wall Displays consisting of 3 vertically tiled Premium Video Wall Digital Panels, finished in a bespoke decorative surround that matched the current furniture within the Duchy Home’s Sales Suites.

Alongside the stunning Video Walls, we installed several Interactive Multi-touch Display Screens, wall-mounted in the same bespoke surround. These screens showcase the available Duchy Homes plots, relevant to each specific site, with the ability for the customer to scroll through the build and design options. 

SUCCESS

All digital solutions provided were inclusive of a Cloud-Based Content Management System that allowed for remote updates and remote support from UXG and are helping house buyers with informed decisions and perfect houses.
