Established back in 2005, Footasylum has made a name for itself as one of the leading retailers of fashion streetwear and sportswear. Always on the lookout for new and upcoming brands, they’ve got their finger firmly on the pulse of the street and sports fashion scene.
Footasylum had already started investing in digital signage across all its stores but wanted to now turn this into a infinitely more immersive digital experience that reinforced brand positioning and strengthened its commitment to its young and trend-conscious target demographic. It was locked into a niche CMS provider and this wasn’t helping support their goals fully. The end result needed to be a flexible signage system that was easily updated from anywhere, included curated social media feeds, high quality video streams and importantly scope to develop new ideas. With our deep understanding of the pain points from the previous CMS, we supported Footasylum with our knowledge around the needs on the high street for that ‘instagrammable’ visual engagement and we enlisted our premier signage partner, NowSignage. From here we were able to switch up the existing expansive digital signage network across all 65 stores throughout the UK to a greatly improved CMS package. We switched the previous CMS out by a simple, quick and easy replacement of credentials into the NowSignage cloud system. This switch to a fully encompassing cloud-based CMS platform allows Footasylum to overcome the limitations of the previous CMS, as they can now update their screens with dynamic and vibrant video content using the latest innovative technologies.
Since moving the digital signage network, Footasylum has continued to expand this AV network with the inclusion of innovative technology that transforms the in-store experience and the customer’s shopping process. We have provided them with additional 4K displays and signage licenses and they continue to push the boundary of amazing high street audio visual displays.
