HUKD Golf is a new sporting destination providing golf ‘on-demand’ at its virtual hub with cutting edge simulators, developed for golfers of all levels to be able to play a magnitude of golf courses, like St Andrews, Pebble Beach and Spyglass Hill. There is also food and drink available, making it a great social outing for all.

UX Global was commissioned by HUKD to specify and install digital signage in its new state-of-the-art premises in Bury.

The Challenge

Each golf bay would require a projector and touch-screen display screen to control the game. The main challenge for the UX Global team was to ensure that the technology would work seamlessly with the third-party bespoke software required to run the immersive game.

Our Solution

While the site was still under construction, the UX Global team surveyed the property, ensuring that all the displays could be installed where required and the correct fittings were used. The network and connections required were also confirmed with developers to ensure limited issues when it came to installation.

Success

The installation of the digital display screens and projectors took place on time, within budget, and with minimum disruption to the site. The network and software all proved to work with  the hardware for a hugely successful grand opening of HUKD Bury.
